*housewarming = an invitation to visit a new house by the owner.

    Dear Aaliyah,

    How are you? My family and I are in the pink. I am writing this note to you because I wanted to apologize for not being able to fulfil your invitation to your housewarming event.

    I am really sorry but I am not home by that time of your event. I am going back to my hometown cause of my grandmother health issues. She is not very well and need to be taken to the hospital for her frequent check-up. So, as the family that leave nearest her house, we need to take that responsibility.

    I'm sorry but I can't attend your housewarming tomorrow. My sister is in the hospital and I need to take care of her. She's been sick for a few days now. My mom was the one who always take care of her but she has a meeting to attend tomorrow. I really want to go but I can't. I'm really sorry.     Dear Addison,

    I am unable to attend your housewarming tomorrow. It is not because of personal matters it is just that I am taking a few attention on my health now.
    My doctor have diagnosed me with normal heart disease on my last appointment and since then I’m just laying on my bed all the time. Housewarming sounds fun but it’s also include a group of people and I really don’t want to take risk in this Covid season.
    Anyway, I hope you are okay with it and have fun without me instead. Make sure to take care of yourself. Bye!

    How are you my dear friend? I hope you are fit as a fiddle. I am writing you this letter to tell you that I am unable to attend the housewarming. I have several reasons for this.

    First of all, my father is now sick in the hospital. He was diagnosed with dengue fever last Monday. Now, the doctor says he has to stay a few more days in the hospital. Also, my final examination is near. I really want to use the time I have to do my revision. I failed my test last month. I want to use this opportunity to get better.
